Sales Manager - Automotive Wyoming, MI (Onsite) Direct Hire Salary: $80,000–$140,000 + Performance Incentives

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a growing leader in the remanufacturing and drivetrain industry. Our client specializes in remanufactured axles, differentials, and driveline components, serving customers nationwide with high-quality products, custom solutions, and fast, reliable shipping. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by leading sales growth and expanding a high-performing team.

• Lead and mentor an existing team of 3 Inside Sales Representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a new Outside Sales team.
• Drive new business development and expand national sales efforts.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and travel as needed.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth goals.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives.

• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience.
• Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Outside sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive, remanufacturing, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings and business development.

• $80,000–$140,000 annual salary, based on experience.
• Candidates with extensive automotive or remanufacturing sales leadership experience may qualify for the upper end of the salary range.
• Performance-based incentive program.
• Travel reimbursement.
• Potential company vehicle based on travel requirements.
• Onsite in Wyoming, MI with national travel as needed.
