Concrete Field Lead / Superintendent

An employee-owned concrete contractor based out of the Mountain State region, performing a wide range of residential and commercial concrete projects. Our team takes pride in producing high-quality work in the field — from structural slabs to detailed finish work.

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Field Lead who knows how to run crews, perform the work when needed, and deliver high-quality concrete finishes. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands concrete from the ground up and can lead by example in the field.

Lead and supervise field crews on residential and commercial concrete projects

• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule
• Perform and oversee concrete finishing operations, ensuring high-quality results
• Set and check forms, grades, and layouts for pours
• Manage crews performing:
• Concrete finishing
• Form setting
• Stamp work
• Smooth floor finishes (big box retail floors such as large-format retail)
• Exterior concrete including sidewalks, driveways, and curbs
• Brush finishes and decorative finishes
• Ensure equipment, materials, and manpower are staged for efficient production
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
• Communicate project progress and field needs with leadership
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship

5+ years of hands‑on experience in concrete construction

• Strong background in concrete finishing and formwork
• Experience leading and managing concrete crews
• Ability to read plans and understand layout and elevations
• Experience with commercial slabs and exterior concrete work
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality finished concrete surfaces
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects
