Mitigation Technician

Job Description

We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role you will restore homes and businesses to their pre‑loss condition by extracting standing water, cleaning affected materials, assisting the lead technician, maintaining safety, and executing the restoration action plan.

• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, including removing all job‑related debris
• Assist the lead technician with job site production
• Maintain job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Manipulate contents as required
• Work in confined spaces, including heights
• Use power tools to complete tasks
• Assist with warehouse duties
• Set up specialty equipment and perform demolition as needed
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including water damage and fire damage
• Take photos at different stages of a project

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to the office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Use email and other software
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Work in tight or confined spaces
• On‑call per rotation schedule with paid overtime and 2x pay for on‑call/after‑hours work

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
