Utilize the department Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create and receive work requests, document time spent, parts used, ongoing status, and completion information;
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, repair, replacement and installation following applicable codes;
Coordinate with vendors and contractors providing services within Metro Health facilities and obtain quotes;
Mentor and teach other individuals to improve technical and procedural skills;
Maintain inventory and parts rooms and ensure a clean, organized work area
