Overview
Flooring Installers earn $3,000–$6,000 per week on average ($156,000–$312,000 per year). We are seeking talented LVP Flooring Installers who love what they do, take pride in their work, and are excited to grow their business and income.
Qualifications- At least 1‑year of LVP flooring experience
- Minimum 2‑member crew (you must work with at least one other installer)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (truck or van)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Availability Monday through Friday;
Saturday availability preferred
- Guaranteed 5‑to‑6 day work schedule with all jobs scheduled weekly
- Top pay in the industry with weekly payout and no holdbacks
- No carpet installation – LVP only
- Immediate work available; no need to sell jobs— all jobs are already sold
- Full‑service office with support staff dedicated to your success
