Utility Metering Solutions (UMS) is seeking a Meter Installer to work on AMI meter installations and testing across the United States. The role involves removing existing meters, installing new smart meters, and replacing associated valves as needed.
You will also test and activate transmitters, verify meter orientation, and ensure accurate customer documentation. The position requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
