• Manage day‑to‑day floor operations during busy service shifts
• Keep staff organized, productive, and accountable
• Make staffing and floor decisions based on business levels
• Ensure side work, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
• Step in and support staff during high‑volume situations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Help create a positive, energetic, team‑focused culture

• Help onboard and train new staff members
• Learn and become proficient in all front‑of‑house roles
• Coach and develop team members to Cornerstone standards
• Help create systems and processes that improve consistency and efficiency
• Lead by example through attitude, work ethic, and accountability

• Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and teardown
• Support live music nights, patio events, tent parties, and holiday pop-ups
• Assist with inventory, ordering, specials, seasonal launches, and operational projects
• Help implement and improve AI‑driven systems and operational processes
• Assist with social media content creation and marketing initiatives
• Capture photos/videos during events and daily operations
• Help create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms
