ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Post Sales Project Manager I serves as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer throughout the fire apparatus production process. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating specification changes, supporting production activities, and ensuring customers remain informed from pre-construction through final delivery. The Post Sales Project Manager I collaborates closely with production, engineering, sales, and dealer partners to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed.
This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing project documentation, and helping ensure fire apparatus are delivered according to customer specifications and expectations.

Customer and Dealer CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for customers and dealers throughout the production process. Respond to questions, provide updates, and facilitate communication between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure expectations are understood and met.
Project CoordinationSupport the successful execution of fire apparatus projects by coordinating customer requirements, production activities, and departmental communication. Monitor project progress and help ensure specifications are accurately communicated throughout the organization.
Change Order ManagementPrepare and process change orders resulting from customer-requested modifications, midpoint reviews, and final corrections. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure change requests are properly documented, communicated, and implemented.
Customer Specification SupportReview customer specifications and work closely with production teams to ensure requirements, clarifications, and design changes are clearly understood and properly executed throughout the build process.
Pre-Construction and Customer MeetingsParticipate in customer meetings, including pre-construction reviews, to support the development and execution of customer requirements. Assist customers in understanding production processes, specifications, and available options.
Project Documentation and ReportingCreate, maintain, and distribute project-related documentation, including specification files, production reports, change orders, and customer communications. Support the preparation and review of production release documentation.
Production Support and Issue ResolutionCollaborate with production teams to identify, document, and resolve specification questions, production concerns, and project-related issues. Escalate concerns as appropriate and support implementation of effective solutions.
Project Status and Customer UpdatesProvide customers and dealers with regular project updates, including construction progress photos, production status information, change order updates, and key project milestones.
Other Duties as AssignedPerform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support departmental objectives and organizational needs. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to address changing customer requirements and business priorities.
