Lead the Way at Minnesota’s Premier Fall Attraction! We are seeking responsible and motivated Parking Lot Leads to oversee parking operations during our thrilling fall season. As a Parking Lead, you’ll help manage traffic flow, supervise team members, and ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming arrival experience for thousands of guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise parking attendants and assign tasks to maintain traffic efficiency
- Ensure guests are directed safely and accurately to designated parking areas
- Communicate with security and event managers regarding traffic, safety concerns, or emergencies
- Monitor radio communication with parking team members throughout the night
- Train new parking team members and enforce safety procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas
- Assist with setup and breakdown of signage, lights, cones, and stanchions
- Be prepared to step in and assist attendants as needed
- Prior leadership experience in parking, events, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills
- Must be 18+ years old and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to stand/walk for the duration of a 6–8 hour shift
- Calm under pressure with the ability to resolve conflict professionally
- Organized, dependable, and team‑oriented
- Available for weekend and evening shifts throughout the season
