Project Engineer (Architectural Millwork) Description
Our client in the architectural millwork industry is hiring a Project Engineer to join their onsite team in Wyoming, MN. You’ll play a critical role in translating architectural intent into buildable, high-quality millwork solutions, working closely with project managers, drafters, shop personnel, and job site teams.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, proactively solving problems, and collaborating across both office and shop environments. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in custom millwork engineering, understands how things are built, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy before work ever reaches the shop floor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one-of-a-kind projects, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of custom architectural millwork, and grow within an employee-owned organization that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and long-term investment in its people.
