Ticketing & Admissions Staff – The Dead End Hayride & Great Pumpkin Trail

Location: Wyoming, Minnesota
Pay Range: $12.25 – $16.00/hour
Employment Duration: ~1.5 months (Seasonal)
Schedule: Start time 5:30 – 6:30 PM

10–40 hours (varies)

Mid Minnesota Entertainment is seeking outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented Ticketing & Admissions Staff to join our team at The Dead End Hayride and The Great Pumpkin Trail . If you're organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love working with people—this is your moment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they approach the ticket booth
• Scan online tickets with provided scanner devices
• Sell tickets and upsell amenities when appropriate
• Accurately process payments and provide correct change
• Operate POS systems, including cash registers and credit card machines
• Keep accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
• Provide event information and answer guest questions with confidence
• Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area
• Follow all cash handling policies and company procedures

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills
• Organized, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous ticketing or box office experience preferred
• Capable of handling pressure during high guest volume
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and scanning technology
• Must have consistent weekend and evening availability
