Position Summary
The Aftermarket Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory receiving, timely shipping, commercial documentation, and inventory optimization. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance through all Aftermarket Warehouse activities while supporting internal teams and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Essential Functions- Oversee all inbound receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate verification, timely resolution of discrepancies, proper inventory record‑keeping, and consistent adherence to the department’s schedule.
- Lead daily shipping and order fulfillment operations to ensure on‑time processing, accurate documentation, compliance with requirements, and effective resolution of freight or customer‑driven issues.
- Ensure all import and export activities comply with regulatory requirements by overseeing accurate commercial documentation and maintaining organized records to support audits and compliance needs.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels by overseeing stock accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating with purchasing and planning, and supporting the Quality Management System.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team by training staff, promoting a safe and efficient environment, supporting timely parts distribution, and addressing inquiries related to parts availability and warehouse processes.

- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience within a warehouse team.
- 5+ years of hands‑on fire truck product knowledge from either a manufacturing or fire department perspective.
- 3+ years of previous leadership experience.
- Able to obtain forklift certification.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Able to read blueprints and work from spec books.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Able to perform simple tasks such as creating an email and using basic commands. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Adobe for viewing prints.
- Able to work professionally with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
- Able to lead and supervise a team effectively.
- Able to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Able to identify quality issues, recognize changes within the production process, and adjust as needed.
- Able to perform simple computer tasks to obtain information or changes related to the build process and/or troubleshoot.
- Able to prioritize work and multitask while adhering to deadlines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Able to understand and follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment for all.
