This role requires a meticulous individual who can apply powder coatings to a variety of products, ensuring both quality and durability.

• Prepare surfaces of various materials for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and blasting.
• Apply powder coatings using spray guns to achieve uniform and consistent finishes in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Conduct regular maintenance of coating equipment and booths to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect coated items for defects such as blemishes, flaking, or irregular coverage, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of coatings used, batches processed, and any quality control issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in surface finishing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
