Fairview Health Services in Wyoming, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Women's Health Care team. This 0.8 FTE position provides data collection and patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, with a benefits-eligible employment model.
The LPN will perform delegated nursing tasks, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized patient plans. Clinic hours are roughly 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Mon-Thu and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fri.
