Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Medicine team atFairview Lakes Medical  Center.

  10am-6pm, 9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday/holidays

  12pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday/holidays
• Weekend rotation - 18 weekends per year
• Holidays:
  Some holidays required
• Fairview Lakes Medical Centeris a65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed ED
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Department sees an average of 77 patients per day
• Annual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000
• Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatrics
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited
  
  Family Nurse Practitioner training program
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Ability to obtain and /ormaintainDEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)
• ATLS Certified (Advanced Trauma Life Support). Level 4 Trauma

A minimum of 2 years of NP experience is preferred

Some ED experience is preferred

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
