Pinehaven Farm is seeking enthusiastic Retail Team Members to join our seasonal team. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming shopping experience for guests while helping drive sales and maintain an organized, well-stocked retail space.

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the retail area
• Engage with customers by offering product knowledge and helpful suggestions
• Promote additional items and upsell when appropriate
• Restock merchandise at the beginning and end of shifts, and as needed throughout the day
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Evening shifts (6:30 PM – 12:00 AM) require team members to be 18+
