Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services, and we are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our logistics operations to new heights.

The Shipping and Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping and receiving processes within the organization. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.

• Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient shipping and receiving processes to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of goods in and out of the facility.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to shipping and receiving, including safety and environmental requirements.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal departments to streamline operations and resolve issues related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Documentation: Manage the preparation and maintenance of shipping and receiving documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs documentation where applicable.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any shipping discrepancies, damage claims, or other issues that may arise in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Safety: Promote a culture of safety within the shipping and receiving team, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving or logistics management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations, inventory management, and logistics software systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to remain on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
