Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Local Coordinator role based in the Greater Prescott, AZ Area. The Local Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with cultural exchange programs, coordinating activities, and providing essential support to program participants. Key responsibilities include organizing placements for participants, fostering positive host community relationships, and ensuring the well-being and success of participants throughout their stay. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a commitment to the organization's vision of global connection and sustainability.
Qualifications- Strong organizational, event planning, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in cultural sensitivity, diplomacy, and relationship building
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability skills
- Experience in program coordination, customer service, or educational settings is preferred
- Knowledge of international education, cultural exchange, or global issues is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
