Required Skills:

Valid Wyoming LPN licensure BLS certification Minimum of 2-3 years of LTC experience Proficiency with Athena Health charting system Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with ED RN collaboration Knowledge of additional electronic health records

Experience with long-term care specific protocols Preferred

Education and Experience:

State licensure as an LPN 2 to 3 years of recent experience in long-term care settings Other Requirements:
Night shift availability (6 PM 6 AM, 12-hour shifts) Weekend rotation every other weekend No holiday requests approved for this contract Vaccinations:
Flu shot during flu season; COVID vaccine exemption options available Professional attire with appropriate jewelry/body adornment Housing recommendations available upon request Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to rotation schedule Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable

This role offers competitive pay at $38.86 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
