LPN – LTC | Night Shift (WY)

Start Date: March 30 (Orientation: Mar 30–Apr
1)
Off 3 nights → Work April 5–8 → Then begin 8 ON / 6 OFF rotation
Shift: 12-hour Nights
On-Call: Not required

Required:

• Active WY LPN License
• BLS
• 2–3 years minimum experience

Unit:

• 16-bed LTC
• Night staffing: 1 Nurse (LPN/RN) + 1–1.5 CNA
• Works alongside ED RN and ED CNA/Tech
• Charting:
  Athena Health

Additional Info:

• Every other weekend rotation
• No holiday RTO approved
• Flu vaccine required (COVID exemption allowed)
