As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long‑Term Care, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to provide compassionate care, carry out clinical treatments, and ensure residents receive the support they need to thrive. • Provide direct, hands‑on nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
• Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record
• Ensure safe, effective medication administration and follow all clinical protocols
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality daily care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies
• Follow all regulatory, infection control, and safety standards
• Support individualized care plans and resident‑centered care
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment and quality of life for residents

• Wyoming State Licensed Practical Nurse
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and processes.
• Has and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in Long‑Term care nursing preferred
• Willing to work after‑hours calls and work holidays and weekends, as assigned.
