Qualifications:

• Active RN license (valid in Wyoming or eligible for reciprocity)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
• Ability to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including monitoring chronic conditions and administering medications
• Respond to health emergencies and manage acute student needs
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and families on health-related topics
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment through education and preventative care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student care plans
