Key

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in responding to urgent health needs
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to confidentiality, empathy, and culturally sensitive care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and manage care for students with chronic or acute medical needs
• Administer medications and first aid following established protocols
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Work with multidisciplinary school teams to support student IEP/504 plans and wellness initiatives
• Serve as a health resource for staff, students, and families through education and outreach
