Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license

• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support
• Collect specimens and perform routine diagnostic tests as directed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Respond promptly to patient call requests and provide bedside support
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care
