Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and care coordination as part of an integrated behavioral health model. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide high-quality, comprehensive care to all—regardless of income or insurance status.
Your Role:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with primary care, behavioral health, and case management staff
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college/university Nurse Practitioner program with current license/certification in the state of Wyoming, and current or eligible for prescriptive authority in the State of Wyoming
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
