Experienced RNs are invited to join the Solutions By Sanford team! We are looking for RN's that meet the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience.
- At least six months of travel experience.
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The role demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age‑ and population‑specific standards appropriate to the clinical setting. The RN provides care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients progress along the continuum of care.
Responsibilities include planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions, all within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and administrative rules in the state of practice and licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
