Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Pay: $20.49 – $25.09 per hour (base pay)
Shift Differentials: +$0.60 Day | +$1.50 NOC | +$2.00 Weekend
Employer-paid health insurance: $1,650 per month ($19,800 per year)

  Day, night, and weekend shift options available

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Assist with documenting resident care in accordance with facility policies

• Current Alaska CNA Certification (required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Compassionate, resident-centered attitude
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required — we provide training
