Role Overview

The Registered Nurse collaborates with healthcare providers and leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, advocating for patients and families while supporting organizational improvement initiatives.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Use the nursing process to provide personalized, age-appropriate care addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Implement and evaluate care interventions, ensuring proper delegation among team members.
• Partner with providers to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and prevention.
• Deliver compassionate support, fostering trust and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professional development and uphold clinical standards.
• Practice accountability, fiscal responsibility, and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Assist in other clinic locations as needed to support team coverage.
• Adhere to compliance, legal, and organizational policies.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Wyoming RN license.
• Previous experience in ambulatory or clinic settings preferred.
