CNA Long Term Care/SNF

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes in condition, and work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. Candidates must have prior travel experience, PCC experience, and be flexible to work both day and night shifts as needed.

Requirements:

• Current Wyoming CNA certification required
• Prior travel CNA experience required
• PCC (Point Click Care ) experience required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to safely assist with resident mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, and transfers; obtaining and documenting vital signs; monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition; maintaining accurate documentation in Point Click Care  (PCC); assisting with admissions and discharges; ensuring a clean and safe care environment; following infection prevention and safety protocols; collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team; providing compassionate resident-centered care;

and supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
