The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for adult patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The role requires delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

• Required Qualifications:

  The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. Duties include developing and revising care plans, providing direct patient care, delegating tasks, evaluating patient responses, and maintaining thorough documentation.
