Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient safety and comfort. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and safety.
