Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:Delivering personalized nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments, revising care plans accordingly, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Qualifications & Skills:Nursing diploma or degree, active RN license, CPR certification, with preferred skilled nursing experience. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, positive attitude, good judgment, and effective communication within a team.
Key Duties:Implementing departmental policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
