seeks an experienced CRNA for locum coverage in a Wyoming OR. In this role, you will perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop and implement anesthesia plans, and provide intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care for surgical patients. Responsibilities include airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, and rapid response to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe, high-quality care while supporting continuity of services during staffing gaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients in the ORConduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain histories, and develop anesthesia plans
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia, monitoring vital signs closely
• Manage airways, ventilation, fluids, and hemodynamics throughout procedures
• Administer anesthetic agents, analgesics, and adjunct medications per protocol
• Respond to intraoperative emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
• Document anesthesia care accurately in the medical record and hand off appropriately
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and OR staff to optimize outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement and follow best practices for patient safety
