Platte County Memorial Hospital is looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Department in Wheatland, Wyoming. In this position, you will care for patients across the lifespan - from newborns to geriatrics providing bedside care to those patients, while also having the ability to cross train to other areas!
This position is part time position working 2 night shifts a week.
Platte County Memorial Hospital offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including an Outpatient Clinic which brings in more than 20 of the region's top physicians in nine different medical specialties to help care for southeast Wyoming residents. A $16 million renovation created a new inpatient wing, surgical suite, and diagnostic imaging departments while making enhancements to the emergency department and laboratory.

SUMMARY
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
