Our lovely team at Henry Kendall Gardens are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed, customer focused Village Administrator to join them on permanent Full-time basis.

Set within 100 acres of subtropical rainforest and landscaped gardens, Henry Kendall Gardens offers picturesque surroundings, quality facilities and a vibrant and supportive village environment, based in Wyoming, on the beautiful Central Coast.

As the Village Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive village experience.

Supporting the Village Manager and Assistant Village Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and well organised community environment for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing professional, courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Assisting with reception duties and responding to incoming enquiries
  • Supporting the Village Manager and the Assistant Village Manager with administrative tasks and day‑to‑day operations
  • Maintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicing
  • Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliance
  • Preparing newsletters and community communications
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activities
  • Assisting with additional ad‑hoc operational or resident‑support duties as directed by the Village Manager
About You

For this role, you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you effectively consult with our residents and visitors.

To be successful in your application, you will have the following;

  • Administration and demonstratedcustomer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience using

    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) andability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team members
  • Behighly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
  • Willingness to learnand professionally develop
  • Current First Aid/CPR – Or willing to obtain
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
