Construction Superintendent II

Our client, an industry leader in large-scale construction projects, is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to join their team. As a Construction Superintendent II, you will be part of the construction operations supporting project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Superintendent II
Location: Lincoln County, Wyoming
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
Pay: $85/hr
Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day

• Plan, coordinate, and control day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors.
• Interpret plans and specifications to ensure project scope is met efficiently.
• Manage field crews and oversee operation and maintenance of earthwork equipment.
• Champion worker safety programs and promote a culture of safety awareness on-site.
• Serve as a key member of the project team, providing support during pre-commissioning and systems completion phases.

• Experience in-field construction planning, execution, and project completion.
• Previous construction superintendent experience on major capital projects.
• Familiarity with construction materials testing procedures and ASTM standards.
• Willingness to travel domestically to project sites as required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
