Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a critical on-site role where you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Direct and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee on-site operations, providing strong leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while upholding company standards.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and implement corrective actions to guarantee project specifications are met or exceeded.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize disruptions and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and implement best practices for a safe and secure work environment.

• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Proven expertise in project management, budgeting, and scheduling

• Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, contract negotiation, and blueprint reading
  .
• Strong abilities in site supervision, quality control, and safety management
  .
• Excellent team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
  .
• Hands‑on experience in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects – mandatory.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g.,
  PMP, CCM
  ).
• Experience in specific construction sectors such as telecommunications infrastructure, fiber networks, or civil works
  .
