Guest Service Liaison – Casper, Wyoming.

Shift: Day;
Part‑time (Saturdays & Sundays, 8:30am‑5:00pm).

CORE FUNCTIONS

Meet, greet, and assist patients and guests, providing general information about services, the facility, and the surrounding area.

Respond to special requests, make arrangements to meet unique needs, and assist with scheduling transportation or other services.

Gather, summarize, and share information about property amenities and local establishments with patients and guests.

Coordinate patient needs with other departments, contracting appropriate individuals or teams as necessary.

Coordinate access to the care delivery area, perform visitor authorization procedures, act as liaison between visitors and staff, and relay visitor concerns.

Answer phone, transfer calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.

Provide tours of the facility and walk customers to appropriate areas.

Perform all functions within established parameters, working independently with minimal supervision, and ensuring a positive experience for patients, families, and the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to manage ongoing face‑to‑face contact with patients, guests, and staff.
Excellent oral communication and listening skills, interacting pleasantly and calmly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional related education and/or experience.
