Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for a SaaS embedded education product, from research and wire framing to high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and cloud operations to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports rapid feature iteration and brand consistency.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across cross‑functional teams, influencing product strategy and roadmap.
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or embedded education environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX solutions and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, distributed team.
- Experience with cloud‑based product deployment and collaboration with ops teams is a plus.
