Family Medicine Physician Employment In Wyoming
Family medicine opportunity in Central Wyoming region near Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Offers breathtaking views, outdoor recreation, a close‑knit community and no state income tax.
COMMUNITYCentral Wyoming area, 3 hours to Yellowstone, 2 hours to Grand Teton/Jackson. Population/service area ~40,000. Outdoor lovers can hike, fish, rock climb or camp nearby and explore the Wind River Mountains & Sinks Canyon.
ROLE- 24/7 hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health & advanced diagnostics.
- 40 hours/week (typically M‑F, 85%; flexible).
- Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed).
- Average patients per day: 20+ (fewer initially).
- Typical procedures: per provider’s comfort level.
- Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider.
- Practitioners: access to General Surgeon + 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 ENT & 1 PT.
- Compensation in the MGMA 50th‑75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive.
- $5K CME allowance.
- $30K sign‑on bonus.
- 25+ days PTO.
- $10K+ relocation allowance.
