Position Summary – Certified Special Education Teacher for Behaviorally Challenged Students (Bridge Program)
Provides direct academic and behavioral support to students transitioning from out-of-district placements into the JCSD #1 Bridge Program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and implement IEPs.
- Design, supervise, and deliver targeted core instruction.
- Identify, design, and apply evidence-based behavior interventions.
- Collaborate with staff and families.
- Monitor student academic, behavioral, and emotional progress.
- Ensure compliance with special education regulations to support successful reintegration into less restrictive settings.
Wyoming PTSB Certification Required; experience in this field preferred.
