We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Manchester Airport Rail team.

Hours:
42 hours per week
Salary: £51,000 per year
£5.9k annual car allowance

Responsibilities- As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the Earthworks team playing a key role in ensuring technical compliance, quality delivery, and project success at our Manchester Airport Rail S site.
- Managing a significant section of the project, ensuring compliance with design specifications
- Supporting the implementation of Health & Safety policies and quality assurance processes
- Creating and maintaining programmes to plan and measure daily activities
- Collaborating with the Site Agent on cost management and resource planning
- Acting as Temporary Works Coordinator for areas within your responsibility
- This role of Sub-Agent is great if you:
- Hold a degree in civil engineering (or equivalent experience) and working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the ICE to support your personal development
- Have proven knowledge of engineering management systems, quality processes and industry standards used within civil engineering and infrastructure organisations
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain project documentation
- Bring an enthusiastic, collaborative approach to teamwork contributing effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams
- Possess strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
