Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FTTH Field Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and maintenance of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in field operations, ensure quality standards are met, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site surveys and field assessments for FTTH network deployments.
- Monitor and support fiber optic construction and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network installation and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field records.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and acceptance of fiber network installations.
- 1–2 years of experience in FTTH, telecommunications, or fiber optic projects.
- Knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, splicing, and network deployment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and network plans.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Experience with telecom construction projects.
- Familiarity with fiber testing tools and industry standards.
