Senior Project Manager – Facilities – Full Time – # 7047

Are you ready to lead facilities delivery on one of North America's largest midstream infrastructure programs? PTAG, a Capital Projects Services and Advisory Partner recognized across North America for helping world-class clients deliver major capital projects successfully, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Facilities to support the Pipeline Program.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of facilities associated with pipeline operations across the program.

• Lead delivery of pump stations, compressor stations, metering stations, tank farms, terminals, and pipeline interconnects
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural work packages
• Direct instrumentation and controls scope through to commissioning and start-up
• Manage brownfield modifications and facility upgrade work
• Manage facilities construction contractors and equipment/package vendors
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, and field construction teams
• Oversee contractor performance, quality, and schedule adherence at facility sites
• Monitor and control facilities project cost and schedule performance in coordination with program project controls
• Identify, manage, and mitigate facility construction and commissioning risks
• Lead change management processes related to facilities scope, schedule, and cost

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the program, facilities contractors, and internal leadership
• Support program governance reporting and performance reviews
• Maintain disciplined documentation and change control practices

• Significant relevant midstream or pipeline facilities project experience, with strong project leadership
• Demonstrated experience with pump stations, compressor stations, metering stations, tank farms, terminals, or similar facilities
• Experience managing electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, and I&C work packages through commissioning and start-up
• Working understanding of the project lifecycle: concept development, front-end planning, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and closeout
• Strong contractor and vendor management, cost and schedule oversight, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Experience with in Owner, EPC, EPCM, or consulting environments
• Experience on major infrastructure or industrial capital projects beyond pipeline facilities
• Familiarity with project controls systems (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Eco Sys)
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP) considered an asset

• Direct experience leading pipeline-related facilities construction (pump stations, compressor stations, metering stations, terminals, or tank farms)
• Midstream or oil and gas facilities project experience

Candidates without direct pipeline facilities project experience will not be considered.
