• Define, plan, and deliver complex programs requiring cross‑functional collaboration
• Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring comprehensive plans are developed and maintained
• Monitor and report on program status, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide presentations on project status to communicate effectively throughout the project life‑cycle
• Adhere to the organization's project management methods and support improvement initiatives

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project manager role
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience with customer relationship management and conflict resolution

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Very good leadership skills
