Gateway Autism Therapies & Education (GATE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in the Cheyenne, Wyoming or Fort Collins, Colorado area to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a BCBA who lives in Northern Colorado or Southeast Wyoming and is willing and able to travel to our Cheyenne, WY clinic as required

As a BCBA at Gateway Autism Therapies and Education, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs tailored to each client’s unique needs. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, train caregivers, and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of treatment plans. This position is ideal for a collaborative, forward-thinking clinician who values mentorship, clinical excellence, and person-centered care. You will play a key role in supporting both client progress and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments to drive effective, individualized treatment plans
Conduct parent training to support skill generalization and consistency across environments
Provide supervision to RBTs (5–10%) and client supervision (10–20%)
Deliver 1:1 direct observation and supervision sessions
Implement direct ABA therapy as needed
Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
Identify objective, measurable goals based on assessments and data trends
Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals for well-rounded care
Develop, implement, and update Comprehensive Response (CR) learning trees
Lead weekly team meetings with RBTs and Clinical Director
Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Dr. Ryan for clinical oversight
Track and support 40-hour RBT training and certification
