You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. Specific responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the dish room, pot sinks, machines, main and outlet kitchens, garbage disposal areas, banquet kitchen, all floors and walls, china, flatware, and glassware.

- Clean and upkeep dish room, pot sinks, shelves, cafeteria kitchen, and related areas.
- Conduct cleaning activities as assigned by superiors.
- Ensure all hand wash stations have towels, soap, and sanitizer.
- Sweep, brush, and mop floors and walls in all culinary areas.
- Empty garbage into the disposal and clean the disposal area each time used.
- Maintain proper inventory of plates, glasses, and silverware.
- Set up a three‑compartment sink.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Stock and maintain janitorial storages in the dish room and kitchen.
- Attend all trainings and classes as assigned or advised by supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or senior management.
- 5 years of experience managing staff at supervisory level.
- Required to live on property in assigned housing or employee RV park.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Dishwasher experience.
- Knowledge of kitchen chemicals and MSDS.
- Cleaning and washing equipment proficiency.
- Firm black leather closed‑toe and closed‑back, rubber, slip‑resistant shoes (provided by employee).
- Holidays, weekends, evenings availability required.
- Multi‑outlet resort experience.
- FREE dormitory housing (including linens and utilities) or full hook‑up RV sites.
