Senior Solutions Engineer - Systems Integrator

The highly respected, engineering-led IT solutions provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support complex network solutions for a diverse client base.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable network solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Create proposals, including bills of materials (BOMs), estimates, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Deliver post-implementation documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support and implement post-sales networking projects.
• Install and configure network hardware, including routers and switches.
• Perform system upgrades on customer equipment.
• Align technical solutions with industry best practices and business objectives.
• Assess, audit, and document customer network environments.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise.
• Maintain relevant technical certifications.

• 3–5+ years of enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, switching, and routing.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Strong knowledge of data centre networking, wireless, VPN, QoS, and MPLS.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS.
• Experience configuring and supporting routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of SD‑WAN and next‑generation firewall solutions.
• Ability to design and communicate network architectures and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent.
