As the General Maintenance Technician or Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day maintenance functions that keep the park running smoothly.

General Maintenance Technicians must have mechanical or electrical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills for teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills through training. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential, along with basic computer proficiency for data management and documentation. Candidates must be adaptable, self‑motivated, and possess a valid driver’s license, while demonstrating knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to troubleshoot building systems.

General Maintenance Lead Technicians are responsible for overseeing safety, training, and maintenance activities within a park or facility setting. The position involves managing a team, planning and scheduling repair work, and collaborating with management to prioritize tasks and implement maintenance procedures.

• Provides general maintenance skills necessary for repair and maintenance of facility assets
• Diagnoses building systems as required
• Performs cyclic, predictive, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Manages materials and orders items per company procedures
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment
• Performs other job duties as required

• Ensures on‑the‑job safety of assigned technicians and mitigates risk to employees and visitors
• Assists in training and retaining seasonal employees
• Provides management and technical skills for maintenance and repair activities
• Plans, schedules, and leads technicians in repair and maintenance
• Collaborates with the maintenance management team to allocate labor according to priorities
• Assists in developing and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance procedures
• Maintains organized, properly stocked inventory of repair parts and supplies
