Sirius Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Material Handler to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for moving, staging, and verifying materials while following company and regulatory standards.

Rate: 18hr.

Schedule:

M-F, 7a-3:30pm

• Execute daily material movement and plant priorities
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles
• Pull, stage, and put away materials in warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and LTL shipments
• Verify quantities and paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
• Label shipments in accordance with DOT and site requirements
• Inspect packaging condition prior to shipment
• Collect raw material samples as required (non-technical)
• Block and brace shipments for safe transport
• Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards
• Complete required documentation, including tally sheets, shift turnover checklists, utilization metrics, and cycle counts

• Perform all job duties with a strong focus on safety and environmental standards
• Follow all Hazmat and site safety procedures
• Participate in safety meetings, programs, and incident investigations
• Support site policies related to safety, security, and compliance

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Basic computer skills (SAP and Microsoft experience a plus)
